The software can track up to 10,000 jobs in a single databases file and you can create an unlimited number of files. For each job you can track work details, material and supply used, labor time, other charges, customer information, payment history, reminders, pictures, external files, employees assigned and much more. The software also automatically generates invoices, calculates taxes and figures out total job charges. A variety of reports are available that show financial information, job details and customer history. The software features graph generation, data export, bulk email, mailing label generation, a powerful search engine, full customization and much more.
