The software includes seven tabs for each record that let you keep track of every aspect of your property:

Description Tab

Default fields include property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, garage, condominium, ownership, condition rental type, date built plus 9 other user defined fields.

Property Address

Free form rich text area where you can store addresses and print mailing labels.

Renter Info

Default fields include name, email, home phone, work phone, cell phone, street, city, state plus 10 other user defined fields.

Financial

Default fields include purchase price, current value, maintenance costs, heat, electricity, other utilities, water, condo fee, property tax, insurance cost, mortgage, rental charge, next rent due, total rent received, insurance company, mortgage company.
