YOUR Kosher Chef is a personal chef service. We specialize in real kosher food that is good and at the same time nutritious.

The full version has 150 recipes. This is only a sample.

My first real experience in the kitchen was with my late Bubby (grandmother). Everyone called her Bubby and she was a bubby to everyone. Bubby taught me the ins and outs of the kitchen and instilled in me a love to cook and bake. Bubby was a master in the kitchen and could make anything taste great!

Many years later, I apprenticed with a high class chef who taught me details on how to make food more tasty and showed me presentation.

Many of the recipes in this book have been taken from my bubby. Some of the recipes herein have been taken from family and friends. In both cases, I have modified the recipes to my own taste. Some of the recipes in this book are my own creations. I worked long and hard on all of the recipes in this book.

With this book, I would like to share with you my recipes. I also have other books available on my website, www.yourkosherchef.com. For example, I have a Passover recipe book with over 250 kosher for Passover recipes. I also have a kitchen manual. By the time you are reading this, I plan to have volume 2 to this recipe book already published.
