Example: Pay attention to the dentist fee
On your quotation you find a factor, with which the dentist fee is calculated. This factor should be between 1.0 and 2.3 (maximum rate). Only in exceptions your dentist might charge up to 3.5 times as much. In this case he must present an explicit explanation. Talk to your dentist!
